This is a classic Jamaican hot sauce which is great for adding a little west-indian heat to any meal. Ingredients: Hot Peppers, Vinegar, Water, Brown Sugar, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ascorbic Acid (Antioxidant), Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).

The size I got was a little small but what it lacked in size was made up by flavour not had yellow yam so good in a very long time and was worth it went very well in our soup
