Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Please allow up to 5 working days to process all orders.

  • Ensure your email address is correct. If items become unavailable, we will contact you for alternatives. If we don't receive a response within 1-2 days, we will proceed with your order and refund the out-of-stock items or may cancel and refund the entire order if most items are unavailable.

Delivery

  • All orders are sent via tracked delivery and may require a signature on arrival.

  • UK orders typically arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch; however, delays may occur. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • Orders containing alcohol require an adult signature on arrival.

  • UPS may deliver to a local shop for collection.

  • If delivery rates change, we will contact you for any difference in payment via email or WhatsApp.

Stock Availability

  • We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but discrepancies may occur.

  • If items are out of stock, we will notify you via email. Ensure your email is correct.

  • You can include a note at checkout if you're okay with receiving a refund for out-of-stock items and proceeding with the rest of the order.

  • £6.99 for 0.01 - 10kg

  • £12.99 for 10.1 - 20kg

  • £24 for 20 - 29kg

  • £28 for 29 - 40kg

  • Additional charges apply if your order contains chilled/fresh goods OR Alcohol. This requires a special service

  • £19.99 if your order exceeds £200

Republic of Ireland:

  • £20 for 0 - 5kg

  • £27 for 5.1 - 7kg

  • £31 for 7.1 - 9kg

Northern Ireland:

  • £6.99 for 0 - 2kg

  • £11.99 for 2.1 - 32kg

Denmark:

  • £18.99 for 0 - 5kg

France:

  • £18 for 0 - 2kg

  • £40 for 2.1 - 28kg

Austria:

  • £14.99 for 0 - 2kg

  • £19.99 if your order exceeds £200

International Terms:

  • Duties and taxes incurred through your country's customs are your responsibility.

  • Check your country's customs rules and rates before purchasing.

  • Allow up to 12 working days for international delivery, though delays can occur. We will update international customers if delays extend past this time.

  • Alcohol and fresh produce restrictions apply based on the destination. Enquire before purchasing.

  • Chilled packages cannot be shipped abroad.


Refrigerated Packaging

  • All UK packages that include refrigerated/fresh products will incur an additional cost at checkout due to special delivery.

Additional Costs

  • If delivery rates change, we will contact you for any difference in payment via email or WhatsApp.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned, only the cost of goods will be refunded, not the shipping cost.

Order Weight

  • Each order is limited to 25-30kg. If your order exceeds this weight, we will separate it and may request additional payment for extra shipping costs.

Unavailable Shipping Destinations

  • We are unable to ship to Portugal, Sweden and the USA.

Christmas Delivery

For the best chance of Christmas delivery (UK only), please order by 15th December. Orders placed after this date may still arrive in time, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed in either case.
