A flavoursome and aromatic spice, Tropical Sun Ground Nutmeg is ideal for use in baked foods, milk or cream based preparations like custards, white sauces or eggnog and on fruits and vegetables. The size I got was a little small but what it lacked in size was made up by flavour not had yellow yam so good in a very long time and was worth it went very well in our soup
