    Used as a spice in South Asian, Middle Eastern and European cuisines, Tropical Sun Black Onion Seeds boast a mildly peppery, bitter flavour with some of the pungency of onion, which is what gives them their name. Often dry roasted prior to cooking, they have a crunchy texture and are a common ingredient in everything from curries and stews to savoury muffins and flatbreads. They are also one of the oldest spices known to be used and were even found in Tutankhamun’s tomb, which tells us how precious these seeds really were! Enjoy.

    The product was very much to the original. The consistency in regard to taste it depends on how you like it. I like it very bitter so it that case it was a little to sweet. However for it to work for me I just added less of the concentrate .
