I have bought this b4 and cant be without it when cooking my oxtail- I am not a fan of browning and rarely use it- this oxtail seasoning is great and give my oxtail flavour and colour as the seasoning is well balanced- it's something I will recommend anyone in the kitchen to purchase and try
