Cinnamon is grown mostly in the Indian sub-continent. It takes great skill and craft to cultivate the delicate rolls of cinnamon. Cassia bark particularly is used as a flavouring agent for many curry dishes from the Asian sub-continent and for confectionery, desserts, pastries and meat dishes.

The size I got was a little small but what it lacked in size was made up by flavour not had yellow yam so good in a very long time and was worth it went very well in our soup
