Plantation Pineapple Rum was created in tribute to the esteemed Reverend Stiggins, whose favourite drink was the "pineapple rum" in the Pickwick Papers by Charles Dickens. Never intended for sale, the rum was created to share among friends and colleague as Tales of the Cocktail 2014. The rich and delicious bouquet is accented by smoky notes and tropical fruit aromas with pineapple, citrus peel and a touch of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant flavour of ripe banana, pineapple and spices with a smoky finish.

Great product . Used it on my lamb ribs as a seasoning and to help make a sauce. It was not too spicy with a touch of sweetness. Lamb ribs were cooked in the oven and the seasoning never blackened the meat. Highly recommend
