It is now popular in big cities and small towns all over Nigeria. Suya is usually made with beef but chicken can also be used.

Ingredients: Chili, Salt, Chilli Extract, Potato Starch, Coriander, Ginger, Bay Leaves, Nutmeg, Rosemary, Sage, Made in a factory where Wheat, Celery, Mustard and Sesame are handled.

The size I got was a little small but what it lacked in size was made up by flavour not had yellow yam so good in a very long time and was worth it went very well in our soup
