This 100% pure British honey is hand spun to extract the honey from the frames and passed through a coarse filter before being jarred by us, by hand. This process removes any large particles of wax from the honey but is not fine-filtered or heated. This makes sure our honey offers all of the benefits of pure honey with plenty of beneficial pollen, with natural enzymes, amino acids, minerals & vitamins.
