A traditional rhum Agricole from Martinique, Trois Rivières Blanc has a clean, grassy character. Herbal aromas of cardamom, candied flowers and green peppercorns are balanced by lime, juniper and orange. The palate offers notes of freshly-cut-grass, juniper berries, mint, jasmine and sweet herbs, that build into a lingering finish of cedar and liquorice.

The size I got was a little small but what it lacked in size was made up by flavour not had yellow yam so good in a very long time and was worth it went very well in our soup
