This is a true family seasoning developed more than 60 years ago. Use Tex’s Aunty Nell’s Fish Seasoning in the cooking of all your favourite Fish & Seafood recipes. Its magical blend of specially selected tropical herbs & spices giving that distinctive, aromatic and delicious flavour will bring out the real tropical taste.
Directions: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Tex’s Aunty Nell’s fish seasoning on to 1kg of fish or seafood and rub in thoroughly. Leave to marinate then cook in oven, grill, barbeque or as desired. For use before/during cooking. Just add to taste.

Great product . Used it on my lamb ribs as a seasoning and to help make a sauce. It was not too spicy with a touch of sweetness. Lamb ribs were cooked in the oven and the seasoning never blackened the meat. Highly recommend
