Directions: 30g (2 Tsp) to 457g (1Lb) of meat Add Curry Powder to meat as directed. Add to cooking pot as desired.
Traditional Jamaican-Indian Curry Powder
INGREDIENTS: Turmeric, Toasted Masala (Fire Roasted: Coriander, Cumin, Fenugreek), Black Pepper, Ginger, Paprika extract, Sea-Salt (as preservative) Chillies, Scotch Bonnet pepper, Natural Flavours.

I have bought this b4 and cant be without it when cooking my oxtail- I am not a fan of browning and rarely use it- this oxtail seasoning is great and give my oxtail flavour and colour as the seasoning is well balanced- it's something I will recommend anyone in the kitchen to purchase and try
