An indigenous Jamaican product made from an array of aromatic herbs and spices, originating from the hills of Portland, hence this is where it all began, the signature Portland jerk seasoning.
Ingredients:
Scallion, scotch bonnet pepper, vinegar, salt, pimento, black pepper, garlic, thyme, nutmeg, ginger, citric acid, cinnamon.

Was searching for this seasoning for quite a while & had almost given up hope of finding. Type in Portland pork seasoning 1 day & up popped Riley’s tropical food. Well I was delighted & do believe at the time I ordered 4 packs, along with some other goodies. I find the prices at Riley’s very comparable with shop prices. The size I got was a little small but what it lacked in size was made up by flavour not had yellow yam so good in a very long time and was worth it went very well in our soup
