Made with our unique African Bird's Eye chillies, onions, sun-ripened lemons, garlic and spices. This sauce is packed full of flavour, with just enough heat to get your tastebuds tingling.
This sauce was made for pouring, dipping, cooking and adoring - you'll crave it on every plate. Try it with chicken, want it on everything.
Ingredients: Vinegar, Water, Onion Purée (12%), Salt, Lemon Purée (4%), Sunflower Seed Oil, Spices (Cayenne Pepper, African Bird's Eye Chilli), Green Chillies, Garlic Purée, Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Propylene Glycol Alginate), Antioxidants (Ascorbic Acid, Rosemary Extract)

Great product . Used it on my lamb ribs as a seasoning and to help make a sauce. It was not too spicy with a touch of sweetness. Lamb ribs were cooked in the oven and the seasoning never blackened the meat. Highly recommend
