These buns are individually hand made, and fused together in the baking process. A firm favourite for family get-togethers and especially loved by children.

Finally... fantastic flavour near to scotch bonnets without the heat. Impossible to find Trinidad pimento peppers in London. Been trying ages...Can't get them. They are a key ingredient for homemade Green Seasoning along with Chadon Beni - a kind of long leaf, strong tasting coriander (also called thai parsley), plus lime , garlic, scallions, ginger, shallot, thyme.... Use for curries, stews.... Great unique flavour.
