Fieldsway Jamaican sorrel is a syrup made from deep pink hibiscus flowers, simmered with ginger and cloves - and is most usually enjoyed at Christmas or family celebrations. Hibiscus flowers are naturally high in anti-oxidants and Fieldsway blends this to maximum strength with calcium and vitamin C - an ideal foil for Jamaican rum! In fact the classic Jamaican sorrel cooler blends Jamaican sorrel with a slice of lemon, a teaspoon of lemon or lime juice and a dash of white rum over ice.
Ingredients: Aqueous extracts of Sorrel-Hibiscus, Root Ginger, Cloves, Raw Sugar Cane & Honey Stabilised with Sorbitol/Sorbic Acid.
