Created by our Master Blender, this rum was laid down in oak barrels for at least eight years producing a smooth and characterful blend that is perfect for sipping or for use in craft cocktails.
Tasting Notes
Light to medium-bodied nose with hints of tobacco mixed with caramel toffee. Faint aroma of dried stone fruits and flambée banana. Soft and faintly sweet mouthfeel with traces of oak and butterscotch. Distinctly smooth.

Finally... fantastic flavour near to scotch bonnets without the heat. Impossible to find Trinidad pimento peppers in London. Been trying ages...Can't get them. They are a key ingredient for homemade Green Seasoning along with Chadon Beni - a kind of long leaf, strong tasting coriander (also called thai parsley), plus lime , garlic, scallions, ginger, shallot, thyme.... Use for curries, stews.... Great unique flavour.
