El Dorado Demerara Rum (Aged 8 Years) 70cl
Created by our Master Blender, this rum was laid down in oak barrels for at least eight years producing a smooth and characterful blend that is perfect for sipping or for use in craft cocktails.
Tasting Notes
Light to medium-bodied nose with hints of tobacco mixed with caramel toffee. Faint aroma of dried stone fruits and flambée banana. Soft and faintly sweet mouthfeel with traces of oak and butterscotch. Distinctly smooth.

Great product . Used it on my lamb ribs as a seasoning and to help make a sauce. It was not too spicy with a touch of sweetness. Lamb ribs were cooked in the oven and the seasoning never blackened the meat. Highly recommend
