Laid down in oak barrels for at least three years, this rum is then double filtered through natural charcoal to remove colour, resulting in a spirit that is incredibly smooth and versatile.
Perfect for mixing cocktails.
Tasting Notes: Citrus and vanilla nose enhanced by notes of chocolate and raisins. Smooth rounded palate with coconut – fruity with a dry rounded finish. Balanced yet full flavoured.
ABV: 40% Vol

Finally... fantastic flavour near to scotch bonnets without the heat. Impossible to find Trinidad pimento peppers in London. Been trying ages...Can't get them. They are a key ingredient for homemade Green Seasoning along with Chadon Beni - a kind of long leaf, strong tasting coriander (also called thai parsley), plus lime , garlic, scallions, ginger, shallot, thyme.... Use for curries, stews.... Great unique flavour.
