New packaging looks good and the flavour itself is very very good- this batch comparing to old bottle is very very spicy really making u feel its real ginger so yeah its a good buy and price is great for what u getting and enough to cover 2.1/2 litre of sorrel or whatever u making that needs ginger.

Finally... fantastic flavour near to scotch bonnets without the heat. Impossible to find Trinidad pimento peppers in London. Been trying ages...Can't get them. They are a key ingredient for homemade Green Seasoning along with Chadon Beni - a kind of long leaf, strong tasting coriander (also called thai parsley), plus lime , garlic, scallions, ginger, shallot, thyme.... Use for curries, stews.... Great unique flavour.

Great product as its a substitute for those who can't get the leaves itself... its not that very strong as the original seasoning as we know it but overall still can work if you use a lot
