Finally... fantastic flavour near to scotch bonnets without the heat. Impossible to find Trinidad pimento peppers in London. Been trying ages...Can't get them. They are a key ingredient for homemade Green Seasoning along with Chadon Beni - a kind of long leaf, strong tasting coriander (also called thai parsley), plus lime , garlic, scallions, ginger, shallot, thyme.... Use for curries, stews.... Great unique flavour.

Great product as its a substitute for those who can't get the leaves itself... its not that very strong as the original seasoning as we know it but overall still can work if you use a lot

I was given a bottle by a friend a couple of years ago and loved it. I was delighted when I found it at Riley's and had to get some more. The delivery and packaging was top notch.
And the sauce is something else, the flavours are incredible, really fruity and fresh, with some good kick. It will light you up if you over do it - fantastic sauce and I'll be back for more!
