Naturally sweet plum tomatoes from Puglia in Southern Italy come from the region that is naturally vacated to this variety; its fertile soil rich in limestone and Mediterranean winds result in the growth of full-bodied tomatoes with a naturally sweet taste. Blanched, peeled and immersed in a rich tomato sauce, they deliver the authentic taste of natural tomato typical of Italy. Great for dishes with a short cooking time such as fish-based recipes, where their "like fresh" taste enhances the flavours. They are also a must when making a real Neapolitan pizza as they are approved by the AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana).

I was given a bottle by a friend a couple of years ago and loved it. I was delighted when I found it at Riley's and had to get some more. The delivery and packaging was top notch.
And the sauce is something else, the flavours are incredible, really fruity and fresh, with some good kick. It will light you up if you over do it - fantastic sauce and I'll be back for more!

Bwoy I season some chicken with this n did in the air fryer-man it bad, e nice u see everyone nyam chicken down to the bone fe real- the balance of its ingredients is fantastic- not salty at all- true it costly why it get 4 but really its a 5* product but the price the same all over. I have previously used on fish n perfect results each time.
