Ingredients - Sugar, natural process cocoa Powder, coconut oil, corn syrup solids, sodium saseinate (milk protein), less than 2% lecithin, dipotassium phosphate, salt, /calcium carrageenan, natural and artificial flavour.
Instant – Just add hot water
Conventional preparation: empty contents of envelope into a cup. Gradually stir 6oz (3/4 cup) hot (not boiling) water into mix.

The size I got was a little small but what it lacked in size was made up by flavour not had yellow yam so good in a very long time and was worth it went very well in our soup
