Brazilian Haden Mangoes (Single)

Each mango size varies but will weight approximately 350 - 450 grams.

Haden mangoes are one of the most widely cultivated mangoes.

They are usually medium to large size, with yellow skin that ripens to a red-orange blush. They have a medium size seed and little to no fibre. They have a classic sweet mango flavour.

Always wash first.

Discard the mango peel and seed in your compost bin.

Usage

Best enjoyed eaten out of hand, when perfectly ripe.

Haden mangoes are also perfect for smoothies, juice and fruit salads.

Storage

Keep your haden mangoes at room temperature until they yield to gentle pressure, then consume within a few days.
